This demanding role working within a top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire requires a candidate with a premier 5 or 4 star deluxe background in a Guest Relations capacity.
The focus is on maintaining a 5 star service to VIP guests ensuring all HODs are liaised with effectively and the guests are kept well informed.
A high level of communication ability and attentiveness is required coupled to a passion for formidable customer service standards.
The role is ideal for an individual with existing experience as a guest relations, duty or reception manager from a venue of undisputed quality. Our hotel sets standards that supercede anything else on offer in the UK allowing the post-winner to work in an arena of the highest profile
