This 145-bedroom hotel 4 star hotel with 12 meeting rooms, bar and restaurant is ideal for both business and leisure alike. We are looking for a committed Reception Manager to take control, accountability and ownership for the management the departments under your control. You will be responsible for ensuring that the set standards are delivered, and budgeted profitability achieved. You will encourage a friendly and professional atmosphere and ensure that all staff are properly guided and supervised at all times. The high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction that we pride ourselves on must me continuously ensured.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar 4*hotel environment. The nature of the post also demands that your interpersonal and communication skills are second to none if you are to effectively build a committed and motivated team. In addition your presentation must be impeccable at all times, as will be your ability to ensure the same standard within your team
