We are looking for an experienced events manager to efficiently coordinate customer events from all market sectors. Deputising for the Events Director in their absence, your emphasis will be on the operation of the office and the floor. You will ensure maximum occupancy and maximum profitability from all events that take place, whilst ensuring that your own events are kept under control. With over 20 conference rooms we possess large and luxurious facilities that attract the most prestigious of clientele therefore you must have the confidence to not only work under pressure but also to deal with high profile individuals and celebrities.
Our busy events office is divided into two teams, one to take enquiries and secure the contract and one to perform the meticulous planning of the events. The post-holder will work within our planning team, performing the logistics of the event, the final meet and greet and on the day representation - the fun and prestigious side!!
Possessing an extensive background within a 4 or 5 star establishment, you will be a bright, enthusiastic individual with a passion for developing relationships on a face to face level and an impeccable eye for detail as you will be the face of the hotel and responsible for maintaining our world-class reputation.
