An opportunity exists for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. reporting to the Head Chef and deputising in his absence, your main responsibilities will include menu compilation and food production. In addition you will be responsible for training and recruitment of staff members, and you must posess expert knowledge of HACCPS procedures. An understanding of Gross Profit targets and wage efficiency is also beneficial.
An experienced Sous Chef, you will have a proven background in a similar high capacity, 5* environment. This position demands that you must posess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
