We ate looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly into the General Manager, you must take control, accountability and ownership for the management of departments within the overall policies and controls established by the company, ensuring that the company mission statement and standards are delivered and budgeted profitability achieved. You must be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and standards driven individual, able to take control of all activities within the hotel. Personable and an excellent communicator, your personality will encourage the best in your staff enabling you to produce truly outstanding results.
