An up market 4* hotel with over 100 bedrooms set in 5 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside requires an energetic and committed Reception Manager to lead and drive the Reception team. You will report to the Front of House Manager and have responsibility in all aspects of running the Front Office, training new staff and ensuring your staff attain the standards the hotel strives for. Duties will include operations such as recruiting for new staff, developing skills in your workforce and organizing the department working schedule. Duty Management will be involved when required by the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have management experience in the reception department of a similar size and standard hotel, have good knowledge of practices such as the drafting of SOPs and possess strong budgetary control.
