The market leader of dedicated residential training and conference venues are looking for a Customer Service Manager for the Leeds/Manchester area. The company is passionate about what they do and pride themselves on their flexibility and creativity in finding solutions for the different needs of their clients. You will be reporting to the UK Corporate Account Director will be responsible for identifying and developing new corporate accounts and creating profitable long term relationships within a specific region, increasing account penetration by identifying and winning opportunities within your portfolio. You will also be required to monitor and report sales activity and achievements on a targeted basis.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in field sales in a business to business industry and have a proven record of dealing with and developing major corporate accounts. Desired qualities will also include excellent persuasiveness/sales ability with a strong client focus.
