The market leader of dedicated residential training and conference venues are looking for a Area Sales Manager in the Hampshire/M3 corridor. The company is passionate about what they do and pride themselves on their flexibility and creativity in finding solutions for the different needs of their clients. Above all, they ensure that value for money, professional service and innovative ideas go hand in hand.
You will be reporting to the Area Director and will be responsible for pro-active sales management and lead generation within a defined geographical territory, market research into local competitors and liaison with key business clients. You will also be required to deliver sales prospecting reports to senior management and develop multiple streams of revenue from general enquiries and dormant accounts.
The right candidate will have 2 years relevant experience in a hospitality sector and will also have an effective ability to negotiate and close deals, have excellent multitasking skills while having excellent organisation skills for prioritising workloads.
