Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Hampshire seeks an experienced Senior Receptionist to join their busy front of house team. You will be reporting to the Assistant Reception Manager and Reception Manager. Previous experience within reception of 4/5 star hotels at a supervisory level is essential. They are currently using Lanmark and will be changing to Fidelio in September, full training will be provided. Good organisational ability, smart appearance and an excellent telephone manner are necessary. You will be working in a team of 9 on either a 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shift.
