Top 4 star hotel in Hampshire with over 100 rooms requires a Sous Chef to join it's busy kitchen. You must have previous experience working in a 4/5 star hotel. This is ideal for an existing sous chef but a Junior sous chef looking for the next step up will also be considered. A knowledge and experience of carvery, banqueting and bar food is required.
