In the heart of Sussex , our magnificent Georgian Palladian mansion set in 312 acres of superb parkland roamed by fallow deer and traversed by the River Uck has played host to the rich and famous for centuries. We require an ambitious Sales and Revenue Manager to oversee our Sales Office and take our business to new boundaries.
Overseeing a team of 5 Co-ordinators you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales and revenue for the property. This is a dynamic role, roughly split between 2 days sales and 3 days revenue office management. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for selling the potential of all aspects of the facilities which includes 44 luxury rooms and 10 state of the art meeting rooms that cater to all needs whether it corporate or leisure. Your responsibilities will be blend proactive sales, revenue and yield management and team development all into one role therefore a proven track record managing a team is essential.
The post-holder will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual with a strategical revenue orientated mind and a proven track record in face to face sales. You will have experience in supervising a team and proven abilities in personnel development, recruitment and guidance.
