We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the Sales and Operational function within one of our State of the Art Business Centers. As this role is 80% SALES and 20% man management you will be primarily responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from leads and enquiries to closing deals, so a comprehensive proactive sales background is essential. You must have a proven track record in account management and business development coupled to a sixth sense for new business opportunities. Within your remit you will also take responsibility for managing the day to day operations within the centre. In addition you must demonstrate the ability to develop centre staff, taking care of recruitment, training, meetings and reviews, in order to ensure a harmonious and efficient working team.
Networking is an essential part of this position, therefore you must have a friendly and approachable personality, as well as impeccable presentation. The position is ideal for a strong sales manager with some operational background who is looking to move into a General Management role, or an existing Operations Manager with a previous history and proven track record within a sales environment.
