Reception Manager required for top 4 star Hotel in East Sussex with over 100 rooms. You will be managing a team of 8 so you need to be able to train, develop and motivate a team to deliver high levels of service. You must have and excellent working knowledge of all areas of the reception operation and currently be in an equivalent role or an Assistant Manager within a luxury 4/5 star Hotel. A knowledge of Fidelio would be desirable. You will be required to cover Duty Manager shifts. Live in available for 3 months and an attractive benefits package. Send your CV to me today.
