One of the UK's leading Residential Training Venues provider requires a Sales Executive for their exclusive training centre set in Nottingham. With 150 rooms and 36 Conference rooms for up to 320 people, this is an ideal venue for all corporate conference and training needs.
We require a Sales executive to work alongside our existing Sales team to increase our local and national client base. As a mainly site based role you will be required to make outbound calls of both a warm and sometimes cold nature to entice potential clientele onto our glorious site, perform show rounds and ultimately seal contracts. You will also be required to develop further usage of the facilities by keeping in close contact with our already extensive existing client base. You will be required to represent the company at various off site events so a keen ability to upsell and close down business is essential.
The right candidate will have excellent rapport building skills coupled to a tenacious need to develop revenue from new sources, high energy levels, formidable researching skills and a passion for sales. You will have immaculate presentation skills and be confident working at a corporate exec level. This is a predominantly in house role so the skill to draw in new business is paramount. You will be skilled in show rounds and the ability to close potential clients down will be second nature to you. With extensive marketing and an extremely adequate advertising budget at your disposal there is every opportunity for a candidate with the right level of focus and drive to rapidly expand your client base.
This role is ideally suited to an enthusiastic individual looking for a career in event sales either as an existing sales exec or a co-ordinator looking to move into proactive sales.
