A well-respected 4 star Hotel in Leicestershire seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its Fine Dining Restaurant. The atmosphere is intimate and tranquil and the venues superb setting is the perfect backdrop against which to enjoy their superb menus.
The restaurants reputation is based on value for money, excellent cuisine and attentive service. If you are interested in joining this team you will be needed to provide an attentive, personalised service and unleash your creative flair.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager your duties will include; responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant including the training and management of up to 10 staff. Reporting to the restaurant manager you will actively take part in increasing standards and the restaurants popularity. During the busy peaks of Summer and Christmas you will be a vital member of the restaurant service team to upkeep this first class restaurant's standard and service.
The ideal candidate will be both experienced and currently employed within hotel restaurants and excellent communication skills, which will help motivate staff to ensure outstanding service in an award winning, high volume restaurant.
