A 4 star hotel seeks a Food & Beverage Manager in Northamptonshire for a contemporary location. The hotel enjoys over 100 bedrooms, 2 restaurants and 6 meeting rooms which can cater up to 250 delegates.
You will be reporting into the General Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the food and beverage operations including liquor and food stocks of both restaurants and a lounge while ensuring a high level of quality in products and services. You will also be required to ensure training levels are up to the high level of the hotel and conduct induction training for new members of staff.
The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal and managerial skills. A minimum of 18 months relevant experience is required with a customer focused attitude.
