An opportunity exists for an experienced Sous Chef to join our bust team. You will be second in command of a team of 14, so you must have excellent leadership qualities, and experience of training and motivating staff. You will be responsible for menu compilation, and liasing with our guests in order to determine their needs, so excellent presentation skills are necessary, as are second to none communication skills
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sous chef to progress into luxury 4* standard kitchens.
