Top 4 star hotel in Northampton with over 100 bedrooms requires an experienced Revenue Manager with a 4 star hotel background to join their busy and forward thinking team.
You will be managing a conference and reservations team of 4 to ensure the hotel achieves maximum room/conference sales and is increasing the venues revenue. In-depth knowledge of the hotel business, yield management and Global Distributions Systems knowledge (GDS) is required. You must have excellent communication skills, high levels of revenue ability and leadership qualities.
You must have a minimum of 18 months experienced have working within a revenue role to be a successful applicant.
