A beautiful 4* Hotel in Northamptonshire with over 100 bedrooms, requires a C&B Manager to join their and lead the exceptionally busy C&B department.
You will be required to manage a team of staff both casual and perm so good management skills are essential. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the smooth running of conference and banqueting department which caters for up to 200 delegates, managing resources and staff effectively, recruitment and selection, forecasts and budgets for your department developing and delivering exceptional standards and department administration.
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years experience working within a 4 star venue at supervisory or assistant level. This position is a great step up into a management role and so would suit an ambitious and confident individual.
