This is a magnificent Georgian country house mansion, situated in over 60 acres of parkland. Located just 2 miles from Nottingham city centre, this is a popular venue for grand weddings and formal functions as well as an on-site award winning restaurant.
We are looking for a Restaurant, Banqueting and Room Service Manager, who will be responsible for managing a large number of casual staff for the 70 cover restaurant, 5 banqueting rooms and 16 bedrooms.
The ideal candidate will posess at least 2 years management experience in a food and beverage environment within a hotel or similar style operation. A hands-on leadership style, as well as confidence and approachability are essential to being successful.
