A newly refurbished 4* in Northamptonshire hotel who prides themselves on being customer focused are currently looking for a Reception Manager to join their dynamic and forward thinking team. They are currently looking for individual that has a passion for the hospitality industry with the drive and ambition to success. Within this role you will responsible of over seeing the department and a team of 3 on a daily basis, staff induction and training, implementing, developing and maintaining the venues standards, guest relations, trouble shooting and back office duties. You must have atleast 1 years experience having worked in a busy hotel or conference centre and have a real drive to progress you career.
