Our beautiful 4* Hotel provides over 90 en-suite bedrooms offering comfort and relaxation to all travelers. Restauranting at the venue is renowned in the area and makes for a very special occasion with a choice of three very different dining experiences. We are seeking a driven Operations Manager to join our already dynamic team. Reporting directly into the GM the post-holder will be required to assist in the day to day and overall strategic direction of the management of the hotel. Responsibility lies in ensuring that all budgetary targets are achieved, achieving and exceeding customer expectations, and the maintenance of our prestigious reputation. You will be overseeing 8 heads of department and will be the key to linking all departments of the hotel together so outstanding man management skills are imperative.
The right candidate will have a proven track record within a Senior Hotel Management position. A Food and Beverage background is preferred however not essential as long as a solid understanding of all hotel operations is demonstrated. You will be enthusiastic, passionate and an inspirational leader with the highest of standards.
