A contemporary 4 star hotel seeks a Conference & Events Operations Manager in Warwickshire for a country based picturesque and stylish hotel. Enjoying a quiet, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere in the heart of elegant grounds, the hotel possesses over 60 bedrooms with 4 conference rooms, which can cater for a maximum of 250 delegates and a award winning 2AA Rosette restaurant.
You will be reporting to the F&B Manager and will be responsible for managing day-to-day organisation and running of conference events. Your role will involve staff management including a large bank of casuals, improving and maintaining operational standards, recruitment and selection, back office duties as well as providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to conduct Duty Management shifts.
The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal and managerial skills. A minimum of 18 months relevant experience is required with a customer focused attitude.
