An opportunity currently exists within our team for a Purchase Ledger Co-ordinator. The primary objective of this position is to report accurate information at all times. Your role will include maintaining a log of all purchase orders raised, process purchase orders that have been used to enable an outstanding purchase order list to be produced at month end, and the processing of all invoices and statements.
This role demands a highly organised individual in order to be successful. You must be meticulous in your work, and posess at least 2 years previous experience within Purchase Ledger. It is also essential that your knowledge of IT is comprehensive, and your administration skills are second to none. An outgoing personality and willingness to learn are also desirable traits.
