A Chef De Partie is required to join our busy team. Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, you will be required to assist in producing a high standard of cuisine. We are looking for an outgoing and creative individual who is able to use their initiative, a great team player who is capable of maintaining and improving the already high standards.
Great hygiene and fresh food knowledge, good time management skills and communication skills are essential. You must have relevant experience in a similar standard 3/4 star property.
