A Food and Beverage supervisor is required for our Stunning residential Conference and Training Venue. Set in 26 stunning acres of Buckinghamshire Countryside providing 4 training rooms, 23 air conditioned rooms, 104 bedrooms, 7 lecture rooms and 25 syndicate rooms, this is an ideal property for all you corporate needs.
To lead, motivate and guide the Food and Beverage teams, to achieve and exceed all budgeted revenue targets while optimising the business mix to maximum profitability. To design and effectively achieve a culture of outstandingly efficient and personalised service to our guests.
A successful candidate must display excellent verbal, written. presentation and communication skills. Good organisational, administrative and IT skills. Candidates must also have excellent negotiating skills and be an excellent motivator. Previous experience in quality hotel Food and Beverage outlets would be a great advantage. Knowledge of Delphi and AremisSoft is desirable.
This would be an ideal role for a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service, a proven track record in food and beverages to work within a leading four star country hotel.
