Situated in 26 acres of grounds in peaceful Chilterns countryside, yet under an hour from central London and close to the M4, M40 and M25 motorways, the purpose built conference venue was established in 1969 and takes the form of three totally self-contained buildings each with its own teaching rooms, lounge, bar, dining and bedroom areas. We pride ourselves on providing a unique calm, focused atmosphere, enabling you to get the most from your stay with us. Our facilities include 104 purpose built study bedrooms, over 30 meeting rooms, a wide variety of leisure facilities including a gym and golf course, and a restaurant.
We are seeking a restaurant supervisor to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to manage the day to day operation of the restaurant, including staffing, cleanliness and service, so that visitors enjoy a well presented, professional and hygienic environment. You will be involved in the recruitment and training of new members of staff, as well as ensuring that all meals and beverages are prepared to the highest standard and an efficient service is provided to all customers using our restaurant. You will be responsible for a small team within the restaurant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to get into restaurant supervision. It is essential that your previous experience is within the 4/5* hotel, or top restaurant market. The right individual will be hands-on, confident and proven themselves as a team leader. Beautiful surroundings and an energetic, friendly team makes this a superb role not to be missed.
