A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Sales to oversee our Stunning Country Manor style venue based in Berkshire. A specialist in residential training venues our beautiful facilities not only cater for the Corporate Meeting but also for the leisure, Wedding and Private market
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record as a Snr Sales to individual who can not only win and develop revenue but can also guide and develop other already strong business development managers. Based in the heart of Berkshire you will have full responsibility for three enthusiastic and professional sales individuals and take full responsibility for driving these key personnel into exceeding personal and company targets. You will oversee your own key accounts and revenue development and be the strategical mind behind preparation of the S&M Plan, FAM trips and new innovative ideas behind taking our Venue to new levels.
The desired candidate will be an energetic team leader with a lively out going personality and proven ability ii Sales team leadership. A sound knowledge within the Conference and Event market is essential. The post-holder will be a hungry, target driven individual - there is strong emphasis on guiding our successful team however you must still have the desire to win your own business and a sixth sense for growing accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for a Conference Sales Leader to work within one of the market leaders and to work within a vibrant atmosphere that is incomparable with any other.
