We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the Sales (90%) and Operational function within one of our State of the Art Business Centres. You will be primarily responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from leads and enquiries to closing deals, so a comprehensive proactive sales background is essential. Within your remit you will also take responsibility for managing the day to day operations within the centre through a site operations manager (10%), who oversees standard operations, organisation, cleanliness and maintenance. Key to this role is your ability to develop centre staff, taking care of recruitment, training, meetings and reviews, in order to ensure a harmonious and efficient working team.
Networking is an essential part of this position, therefore you must have a friendly and approachable personality, as well as impeccable presentation. The position is ideal for a strong sales manager with some operational background who is looking to move into a General Management role, or an existing Operations Manager with a previous history and proven track record within a sales environment.
