Our hotel is one of the most popular and elegant Country House Hotels in the South East of England. This truly outstanding and distinguished Victorian gothic country house is set in 35 acres of landscaped gardens with lawns that wander gently down to the banks of the River Thames.
We are renowned for our high quality cuisine, leisure facilities, and spa treatments and as a prestigious venue for conferences and events. Our unique character makes it a perfect venue for special events such as Weddings, Christmas - and New Year Parties. We can accommodate special events from 18 : 200 people. In our walled garden we can accommodate events for more then 200 guests.
We require a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator to join our busy team. Primarily, you will be responsible for gaining a thorough insight into our clients needs. Your primary responsability will be to gain a thorough insire into the needs of our clients on their special day, from the initial enquiry up to the event itself. You will take the initial contact via phone, email, on walk in, and gather their requirements, conduct showrounds, upsell the venue and close the deal.
Possessing immaculate presentation and strong rapport building skills the post holder will have around 12 to 18 months experience as a wedding co-ordinator in an arena of undoubted quality. You will be a bright, enthusiastic individual with a passion for events and a desire to work for an exciting and dynamic product.
