We are currently looking for a creative Sous Chef to join our small but busy brigade in a new and prestigious dining project. Your main responsibilities will be to support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, deputising in his absence, work to develop our established brigade of 5 and to offer a creative and inspiring input to our menus. It is essential that a first class product is provided to our customers at all times whether it be to ensure the perfect wedding day or simply a casual business lunch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing creative sous chef, an experienced Junior Sous or even a Snr Chef De Partie from a venue of undoubted quality. It is your ability, passion and creativity that we are interested in. On top of this you must have proven yourself within a Rosetted arena, have experience overseeing a small team and possess the courage to take an exciting concept through to another level.
