The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Event Manager to join our team. On the logistics side of the event organisation, you will primarily be responsible for liasing with our clients in order to ensure that their event takes place with precision. From meeting with clients and deducing their requirements to providing on-the-day representation, you will be the ambassador for the venue. Flexibility is essential as we provide for all manner of events, from corporate conferences to banquets and weddings. Hours will be Monday to Friday, and on a rota basis between 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing events manager looking to move into the 4*delux market, or an experienced co-ordinator from a similar property looking for their next step. Due to the customer facing nature of this position, your interpersonal skills must be second to none, and your presentation exceptional. Experience of Fidelio and general computer literacy is also a must.
