A beautiful 4 Star Hotel seeks a Conference and Events Sales Manager in Berkshire to join their progressive and dynamic team. The Hotel enjoys over 40 bedrooms, modern conference and leisure facilities, with a award winning restaurant.
You will be reporting into the General Manager (??) and will be responsible for the occupancy for all of the conference and banqueting facilities while obtaining maximum yield. Your role will include face-to-face client show rounds, lead conversions with key account development and management, organisation of all aspects of functions and events from initial enquiry through to after event care. You will also oversee and be responsible for the training of a team of Conference and Events Coordinators.
The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as effective interpersonal skills. You will also have a minimum of 18 months corporate experience with a strong customer focused attitude.
