A well-respected 3 star Hotel in Staffordshire seeks a Reservations Manager to join a vibrant and forward thinking team. You will be reporting into the Revenue Manager and will be responsible for the effective operation of the reservations department including the individual and group agents while maximising hotel revenue through sales. Other duties will include the management and training of the reservations team and will be responsible for setting and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months experience in reservations and yield management. Enthusiasm and initiative are key attributes required for the role with a pro-active approach and strong drive for results.
