The market leader of dedicated residential training and conference venues are looking for a Customer Service Manager in Hampshire. The company is passionate about what they do and pride themselves on their flexibility and creativity in finding solutions for the different needs of their clients. You will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for liasing with clients and conducting show rounds, promotion of team products, P&L accounts and forecasting, The dailty running of the cenutre, custmoer services, dealing with all correspondence in a timely and efficient manner and staff mangement.
The right candidate will have 18 months relevant experience in a customer service and sales role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while demonstrating initiative with a strong team player.
