BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CONTENT SERVICES
Our client has been around since the 1980's telecom revolution. They have worked closely with the key networks to provide Interactive Voice, Text Messaging, WAP, WEB and Data services to a diverse UK and International customer base.
They have become an acknowledged expert in complex software engineering and hosting fully managed Telecom based Services.
They are a software house and bespoke solutions tailored to the client's requirements.
A tremendous opportunity has arisen due to expansion for a new business sales manager to join the small successful team. This appointment is critical and getting the right individual is the goal rather than a bum on seats mentality.
The success applicant must:
(1) Be based in the Thames Valley and capable of operating from the office, home and in the field
(2) Be expected and willing to travel in the UK as required.
(3) Have a successful track record of success selling these products and solutions in a client facing B2B role in the UK.
(4) Be organised and self motivated
(5) Be capable of reporting to Board Level
(6) Not be afraid of doing business development requiring high activity levels
(7) Be a driver and preferably a car owner
(8) Have technical knowledge of content services
(9) Be used to selling value added services rather than box shifting
