Our client has established a strong market presence as an integrated services provider of computer networks, telephone systems, internet access and telecommunications carrier services to SMEs within the M25.

The company is a Microsoft Solution Provider, a Tier 2 ISP and an Ofcom recognised communications provider. Working in partnership with world-class suppliers, it has achieved an enviable reputation for quality of service amongst its customers.

The Challenge

To contact a defined vertical market, predominately IT support companies and seek out potential avenues (partners) to recommend Spitfire's products and services. The role is based around researching potential avenues and lead generation, targets are driven by appointments made for the Partner field sales team.

The person will have excellent customer care and relationship building skills, being able to deal with a wide variety of customers. This role is office based, with client contact being predominately telephone based.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a role in your own particular style. Hard work and initiative will be rewarded with progression opportunity and a reward package that will develop around the successful candidate.

The Requirements

* Experienced in customer service/sales (preferably within IT industry).
* Minimum of two years permanent work experience.
* Educated to A' Level standard or equivalent.
* Exceptional listening skills.
* Consultative approach.
* Ability to deal with a wide range of customers with strong rapport building skills
* Accurate data input/keyboard skills
* An enthusiastic self-starter, who will take ownership of projects.
* Hardworking with a “can do” attitude.
