Key Responsibilities:
· Route planning and scheduling of manpower resources
· To maintain and manage the department’s ‘Nov routes’, updating and scheduling in changes to the delivery database on ‘Socretes’
· To assist in the department’s risk assessment
· To control and manage any uniform requirements
· To assist in any transport projects ongoing
· To train new starters using the Company transport induction procedures
· Complete 6 monthly licence checks
· Maintain a positive and co-operative working relationship with colleagues and superiors at all times
· Support Managers with attendance, performance and management of drivers
· Any other reasonable request from Management
· Ensure that the Company is represented in a professional capacity at all times
