This Internationally renowned high-tech T1 Automotive manufacturer requires a highly organised and well motivated MANUFACTURING ENGINEER, having several years first hand knowledge gained from either automotive, aerospace, machine tool or hydraulic systems environment.
As a SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER you will be responsible for providing technical engineering support and expertise for new product/process introduction, continually striving to improve current processes, while implementing procedures to improve the present manufacturing operation.
Successful candidates must have relevant process knowledge of the following areas
1. High volume diesel fuel injection equipment.
2. Close tolerance machining, assembly and test systems.
3. Precision grinding, super finishing, honing.
4. Hydraulic assembly and testing.
Ideally a member of I MechE or IEE you will be familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts, HS&E aspects, first time quality, installed capacity and cost.

Qualifications Required:
Ideally related Engineering Degree.
Minimum HNC/D.
Candidates having completed a technical apprenticeship will be considered.
