We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager. Reporting to the Business Support Manager will be mainly responsible for maintaining contact with the customer. Examples of this might include producing agreed reports and being proactive and sensitive to the needs of the customer and the company.
Another important job function is collecting and processing data in the format agreed thus ensuring the Service Level Agreement, between the customer and the company. You will endeavour to minimise costs to the company by maximising efficiency, this is done by keeping the company advised of any problems together with solutions to resolve them. In the same breathe you will be monitoring, maintaining and enhancing the financial contribution of each contract
Key Duties include:
Attending contractual meetings, producing minutes and ensuring all actions are completed within agreed timescales.
Motivating engineers; ensuring all site based engineer issues are resolved
Contract Profitability
Liaising with Field Service Management concerning day-to-day issues
Monitoring Stock levels and Stock usage
Monitoring Customer Damage and Excess Hours
Ensuring all Health & Safety Legislation is adhered to
Maintaining and Monitoring the Service Schedule
