There is an immediate requirement for a Customer Information Assistant within the Technical Publications team at the Scotstoun Office.
Ideal candidates for this role will be an excellent office administrator and quick to learn as they will be expected to master SGML authoring software, MS Word skills are essential for this role. Experience of HMT procedures and processes would be an advantage.
The Job Specification is as follows:
Upkeep of Project Workflow Databases;
Inputting data into spreadsheets;
Under the direction of a CIE, production of amended / new hard copy and electronic publications.
