MSS Systems Maintenance Manager

Our clients develop a range of Airbase Operations Management Systems and currently require a Manager to ensure the continuous availability of the ISTAR MSS in the Scottish region. You will manage the customer interface and a team of Service/Support Engineers.
Key tasks will include managing engineers based at an RAF site including their working hours (shift patterns), responsibilities, training and discipline. You will complete annual appraisal reports and be able to write technical reports of the systems performance and availability as well as carrying out the duties of the Company Quality Assurance Manager ensuring that equipment used on the site complies to H
