Help Desk / Customer Service representative required to work in the City of London. Basic salary £16,000 - £18,000 package, working 40 hours per week, shifts between 9am and 8.30pm (Monday to Saturday). Working for an established research company, this position will involve line testing. The successful candidate will be technically competent, have an eye for detail and posses excellent communication skills.
