A Systems Engineer with a strong civil avionics background is required to join our System Engineering department. The successful applicant will be working in both rotary wing and fixed wing environments, specifying and designing civil avionics (communications and navigation) subsystems and integrating these subsystems into a variety of civil and potentially military airborne platforms.
Detailed knowledge of civil aircraft Communication or Navigation Subsystems inc SATCOM.
Knowledge of the integration and certification of systems on civil airliners (AIRBUS/BOEING).
Familiarity with Airbus
