Opportunities exist for Senior Application Engineers. Applicants are invited from individuals with an Engineering background, who are academically qualified to a minimum of HNC or equivalent standard, and have a good understanding of CAD/PDM Applications, Engineering Processes and Procedures, Database structures and IT Operating Systems.
The role involves the support and training in the use of Engineering applications and tool-sets, influence its strategic direction, deliver both re-active and pro-active support to Functional Engineering Customers and to ensure effective use of the technology.
The post holder will be responsible for providing front line advice, expertise and guidance in the use of CAD/PDM Technologies. They will be expected to develop and deliver key training materials and courses for specialist engineering CAD/PDM applications and develop and deliver engineering Best Practices into the Company
The successful candidate will have good communication skills both verbal and written and an understanding of engineering tools and techniques. The post will provide the opportunity to develop a good understanding and experience of CAD/PDM tools and techniques.
