Our client company requires:-
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT
Candidates should have experience of:-
Manufacturing detail and assembly techniques and technologies.
Proven experience in the Project Management of development Programmes or equivalent and new process introduction.Experience of multi-disciplined teams working.
Educated to Degree / HND / HNC in an Engineering discipline
PURPOSE of ROLE:
To Manage Capability development for New product introduction providing the operations and engineering business with appropriate processes and technologies required to provide a robust launch.
Develop detailed gap closure plans in line with business needs
Provide specialist technical support to both current and future aircraft programmes.
To ensure appropriate new manufacturing projects are identified in line with the manufacturing business strategies at our clients sites
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for the coordination and management of enabling technologies and risk reduction plans for new products.
