<strong>PROJECT MANAGER</strong>
The sucessful candidate will provide “cradle to grave” Project Management to ensure that manufacturing processes are advanced to maximise business cost, quality and delivery targets
To identify and select business case preparation and delivery of projects
To liase with Research and Technology teams and our international supply base to benchmark and develop our technology deployment within our business.
To use standard Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management tools and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, under budget and to quality
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have:
Proven track record of successful delivery of MSE / Capital projects into a complex manufacturing environment
Experience of the introduction of Lean Manufacturing principles and disciplines
Experience of problem solving techniques
Experience of managing suppliers to achieve on-time, on-cost and on-quality performance
Suitable relevant experience and be qualified to at least HNC level in a Manufacturing Systems or a Mechanical Engineering related subject.
Exemplary communication skills, be a self driven and tenacious team player
It would be an advantage for the candidate to have:
Experience of the introduction of change within a manufacturing organisation
A good understanding and experience of current manufacturing technologies used in Wing Manufacture
