<strong>Role:</strong>
- To plan implement major IT projects.
- To Provide support and maintenance for services running in a Windows 2003 environment.
- To provide ad-hoc support to technical users on a variety of issues.
<strong>Technical Knowledge/ Experience required:</strong>
- Active Directory planning, implementation and administration
- MCSE 2003 qualified
- Windows NT4 to 2003 migration experience
- Group policy planning, testing and implementation
- Active Directory recovery and DR
- Windows DNS and DHCP implementation and management
- SUS server implementations
- Certificate services implementaion
- Exchange 5.5 or 2003 administration
- Exchange 5.5 to 2003 migration experience
- Mailsweeper for SMTP management
- McAfee eP0 3.5 implemention and management
- Project management
- Writing of technical project plans
- Cisco Network Skills CCNA
- Good troubleshooter
<strong>Personal skills required:</strong>
- Good organisational skills
- Good time management skills
- Be relible and independent
The sucessful candidate will ideally have experience of or in a high tech engineering or software development consultancy and experience of first line support and dealing with users workin offsite is a must.
