Total currently require a Business Unit Leader to deal with a broad range of clients. This role places high demand on business development and customer relationship skills, while challenging the successful applicants ability to construct and evaluate the commercial propositions of new opportunities. In addition to opening new opportunities for our customer , operational and delivery skills are a prerequistie to ensure a safe and high calibre delivery of exisiting projects.
As business Unit Leader you will be reporting directly to the Director of Automotive with responsibility for the profitability, business devlopment and strategic direction of the business unit. Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved whilst operating with professionalism and integrity at all times is key.
<strong>You will be required to:</strong>
1. Formulate a yearly business plan and budget for the business unit that aligns with the
company's business objectives.
2. Monitoring Business Unit operations, projects and products to ensure objectoves are being met.
3. Leading and executing the business development for the BU in conjunstion with the Buisness development team.
4. Ensuring the Pi Technology QMS services the needs of the business unit.
5. Providing day-to-day leadership in the Business Unit.
6. Recruiting, training and developing staff to achieve company objectives.
7. Preparing and reviewing proposals for new work including risk/reward ratios.
Idealliy you will be coming from an esteemed engineering background preferably in the automotive sector you will be confident with software design processes and electronics in a qulaity system enviroment. You will be an experienced project manager at a senior level with a proven track record of excellent people management skills and commercial success
