ACCOUNTANT – SUPPLIER PAYMENTS
Fast-track finance operations role – major UK service centre

This key finance operations role is with one of the largest and most successful corporate and consumer service groups in the UK today. With an impressive record of acquisition and organic growth, it has quickly established market leadership and is now driving competitive edge through the creation of major service centres to release operational synergies and efficiency gains.
An ambitious accountant is needed to lead a centralised invoice processing and creditor management function that is already one of the largest of its kind in the UK - and growing. Leading a team of around 30, you will be accountable for the provision of a world-class supplier payment service together with an ongoing programme of site integration, continuous improvement and the move to a new IT platform with a fully integrated purchase-to-pay format.
A qualified accountant and a strong communicator who is capable of operating at Board level, you will bring the people leadership, operational and change management skills as well as the financial rigour, commercial awareness and process expertise to drive this critical business function.
